02 / THE DETAIL
Frame the waterline
Our standard porcelain tile is cut into 6″ × 24″ pieces. It forms the band between the plaster finish and coping.

Ash
Pairs with white, silver, and light gray finishes.

Silk
Pairs with light and medium gray finishes.

Elephant
Pairs with medium and dark gray finishes.

Pencil
Pairs with dark gray finishes.
These are familiar combinations, not a fixed palette. We’re happy to source other tile colors, formats, and materials for your project.
03 / THE EDGE
Choose your stone
Coping borders the pool and connects it to the patio. Choose the material, width, and edge detail together; coping is usually 2″ thick.

Bluestone
Our standard is 12″ bluestone; 24″ examples are also shown in our work. Natural color varies with the stone’s source and can change over time.

Citystone Blue Marble
A blue-gray marble option. We’ll review samples with you to choose the surface finish and edge detail.

Marmiro Afyon Cloud
A marble with a blend of light and dark grays. Marmiro offers sandblasted and antiqued finishes for different surface and edge treatments.

04 / AFTER DARK
Set the evening mood
Lighting is part of the design, from the color of the light to where it falls in the water.
Pentair MicroBrite LED
Compact 12V pool lights, available in color, white, and warm white. We’ll help choose the light option, placement, and controls for your pool.

Color lights let you change the atmosphere. White gives a consistent look; warm white offers a softer tone. Your pool finish also affects how the lighting appears.
05 / THE FINISHING TOUCH
An automatic cover that fits in
A reinforced fabric cover retracts into a concealed box below the coping at the touch of a button. Plan its housing and stone detail with the pool.

Charcoal
A dark neutral to coordinate with deeper tile and stone tones.

Light Gray
A lighter neutral to compare alongside pale stone and gray tile.

Navy
A deep blue option to consider with your pool’s water color.
More fabric colors are available. We’ll help coordinate the cover, mechanism, and coping with the rest of your design.
